He was predeceased by : his parents, Trenton Cutlip and Judy Ann Greene (Hall). He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Cutlip; his siblings, Michael "Dukk" Cutlip (Sandy), Warren Cutlip, Scott Casteel (Kim), Brittany Postlewait, Mary Kinsey (Jack) and Holly Clark (Trevor); his aunts, Janet Morton and Linda Cline; and his stepmother Peggy Cutlip. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
