Salisbury; her daughter Retta Jean Townsend; her children-in-law, Mitchell Silman and Darlene Cogar; her grandson David Cogar; her great grandchild Trace Hall; and her siblings, Herbert, Hobart, Henry, Carl Davis, Virginia Douglas, Dorine Barbe, Luie Ware, Alta McIe and Genevieve Pugh.
She is survived by: her children, Delmas Cogar, Bill Cogar, Zack Hall of Webster Springs, Guy Cogar (Becky) of Webster Springs, Mike Cogar (Tammy) of Ohio, Paul Cogar (Agnes) of Webster Springs, Karen Jordan (Stevie) of Hacker Valley, Ross Cogar (Tena) of Webster Springs, Larry Cogar of Webster Springs and Mary Peace (Randy) of North Carolina. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
