She is survived by: her daughter Chelsea Beth Cogar (Mike Moore); her siblings, William Eric Cogar (Jennifer), David Rance Cogar (Tracey) and Lisa Diane Williams (Hank); and her grandchildren, Timothy Shane McCourt, Chad Michael Cogar and Ava Grace Cogar. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
