He was predeceased by : his mother Emily Jean Hodges; and his grandparents, Bill, Erma Moore, Thomas and Joy Hodges.
He is survived by : his father Bryan Moore; and his stepmother Debra Markle Moore of Webster Springs. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many extended family and friends.
