He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Minerva Wilkinson Gutwald of Weirton, WV and Harold A. Gutwald; his brother Robert Gutwald; his father-in-law Arthur LaFrance; his wife Michele "Shelley" LaFrance Gutwald; his son Ryan Gutwald (Michelle) of Oakdale, PA; his grandchildren, Robin Lucia Gutwald and Jackson James Gutwald; his siblings, Linda Wilson (George) of Weirton, WV, Carol Gasaway (Rich) of Roseville, MN, Rhonda Mraovich (Jeff) of Millbury, OH, Terry Gutwald (Caryn) of Wilmington, NC and Ricky Gutwald (Karri) of Weirton, WV; his mother-in-law Lucy LaFrance of Weirton, WV; his sister Lori LaFrance Hurd (Rob) of Glen Allen, VA; his cousin Bill Johnson; and his friends, Earle Bortz, Eddie Bowman, Joe Kosut, Joe Poskin, Chuck Svokas and Nolan VanGilder. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

All monies donated will go to people who are in need of financial support caused by the repercussions of the pandemic.
