She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sheraskey-Niedzialkia-Matula and Stella Sheraskey-Niedzialkia-Matula of Slovan, PA.; her former husband Jeff Whitehead; her husband Tom Restanio (Lisa) of Joffre, PA; her daughter Frances Blinco of St. Albans, WV; her siblings, Alma Metrovich, Frank, Joe Sheraskey, John (Misty) and George Niedzialkia of Burgettstown, PA.; her family, Glenna Whitehead (Rich Lawton) and Frances; Drew (Kasey), Harper Hindman, Kristin, Chris Deeley, Erica Giacomi, Keri, Eric Thomas, Erin and Jonathan Little.
She is survived by:, Patricia Findling (late John), Loretta Cecchini (Bud) and Gary Restanio (Lori). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (229 California Ave, Weirton, WV 26062).
