We bid farewell to Anne Wagner of Weirton, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 9, 2025 at the age of 99. Anne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmine Fuoco and Angelina Fuoco (Gallo); her husband Richard "Red" Wagner; and her siblings, Frank, John Fuoco, Mary Silvidi, Lucia, Josephine and Connie Fuoco.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Westfall (Blaine), Richard Wagner (Susan) and Craig Wagner (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Megan (Scott), Leanne (Matthew), Elaina and Erin (late Michael); her great grandchildren, Sterling (Shelby), Blake, Evan, Cade and Maeve; and her great great grandchildren, Scarlett, Stella, Saylor and Stetson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (204 Rosemont Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952).
