The passing of Beulah D. Ballard of Weirton, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 10, 2025 at the age of 95. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lawrence Keenan and Bertha Antill Keenan; her husband Doyle Payne Ballard; her daughter Barbara Lynn Blackwell (late Richard); her siblings, Howard Keenan, Elwood Keenan, Rev. Robert "Bob" Keenan, Larry Keenan (late Karen), Rev. Jesse Loyal Keenan (late Eileen) and Linda Cunningham (late Bill); and her sister-in-law Rose Keenan.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Penny Tibbs (Rick) and Shannon Geer (Russell); her great grandchildren, Matthew Waggoner (Ashley), Tyler Wright (Tiffany Rosnick), Levi Wright, Shane Geer (Lacy), Garrett Geer, Justin Damis, Clarissa Damis, Katelyn Haspel and Allyson Haspel; her great great grandchildren, Gavin, Kannon, Gage and Arya; her brother Darrell Keenan; her sister-in-law Edith Keenan; and also Amy Damis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services (380 Penco Rd, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Voice of Pentecost Church (106 Mendenhall St, Weirton, WV 26062).
