It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce E. Powelson (Weirton, West Virginia), who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bruce may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edmund "Squire" and Norma Mae Powelson (Cole); and his sister Pamela J. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Patti Powelson (Schell); his daughters, Schelley Shillington (Brian) and Trishann Sacripanti (Joe); his sister Susan Mazzocco; his grandchildren, Rocco and Sophia Sacripanti; and his pet Lexi.
