She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bargar and Phyllis M. Reynolds Bargar Harris; her stepfather Arthur Lee Harris; and her brother Rodney Bargar. She is survived by: her husband Michael Klepack; her son Joseph Klepack (Shelly) of Wintersville, OH; and her siblings, David Bargar (Donna) of Weirton and Penny Wiley (Jan) of Florida.
