Byard II; his grandchildren, Robert Shane Richards, Mary Blake Ott, Kayla Minger, Shelby Lengyel, Charles Edward Byard III, Dustin Lengyel, Bethany Minger and Joseph Lengyel; and his sisters, Dorothy Byard, Joyce Ozimek (Daniel) and Shirley Bebo (Jim). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
