Williams in Weirton, West Virginia, born in New Freeport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Glenn Williams and Maude Bellard Williams; his wife Trixie L. Williams; and his siblings, Loring "Bud", Sherle, Laverne, Maryann and Carol.
He is survived by : his sons, Shawn Williams (Tawnya) of Bulger, PA and Vance Williams (Lynn) of Paris, PA; his grandchildren, Brent, Rachel, Madison and Anabella; and his siblings, James (Sharon), Ruth and Caren.
