He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Brian Hetrick (Amy) and Kathleen Hetrick (Paul Weller); and his siblings, Willard (Diana), Roy Daniel (Connie), Kirk Hetrick (Michelle), Vivian Gould (Jerry) and Karen Brashear (Chuck).
