She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank William and Joan Irwin Weaver (Mull); and her brother Frank William Irwin Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Cook Jr. of Follansbee and Shaun Irwin of Weirton; and her grandchildren, Emma, Gracie Cook, Wyatt and Hazel Irwin.
