She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Leasure and Marie Leasure (Thomas); her husband Dean Childers, Sr.; her son Kevin Childers; and her sister Wilma Parr.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Childers, Jr. (Marquita Clyburn) of Bethlehem, WV and Deana Childers-Cline (Scott) of Brilliant, OH; her grandchildren, Dean Childers, III, Sharayah Childers, Noah Childers, Faith Childers, Nathan Cline (Emilee Jackson) and Jailyn Cline; her great grandchild Jesse Wary; and her nieces, Sabrina Phillips-Tarr (John), Tina Phillips and Beth Padden.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the New Day Church (1420 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037).
