She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Phillips, Jr. (Margaret), Patricia A. Gontas, Paula Dalton (David) and Madeline M. Phillips. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice or Weirton Madonna High School.
