Hugh H. Manley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh H. Manley of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Manley and Theodora Marie Terrell Manley; his wife Phyllis Ann Thomas Manley; and his brother Vincent. He is survived by: his children, Donald, Mark Manley (Josette), Ruthann Eckersberg (John) and Suzann Stewart (Derek); his siblings, William Manley and Wanda Fiscus; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Shafeei (Jon), Elizabeth Whittle (Christian), Ethan, Bryce Manley, John, Adam Eckersberg, Robert Busick (Ann Marie), Nichole Felouzis, Sophia Dermargosian, Christian and Liam Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Mila, Robby and Stella. He is also survived by four children, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
