Irene Helen Canala Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, at the age of 97, Irene Helen Canala of Weirton, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Helen Canala to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Klavas and Chrise Angelides Klavas; her husband John F. Canala; her son Robert L. "Bob" Canala; and her sisters, Angela Titonis and Lillie Vallas.
She is survived by: her son Dr. John S. Canala (Laurie) of Mentor, Ohio; her grandsons, Nicholas Canala (Kasey) and Christopher Canala; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Hudson Canala. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church (140 Walnut St, Weirton, WV 26062). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
