He is survived by: his children, Mandy Byrd (David) of Weirton, Jaime Chipps of Steubenville and Sierra Chipps of Steubenville; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Byrd, Cooper Chipps, Sylis Egnew and Alailah Egnew; and his siblings, Robert Chipps of Steubenville and Rose Therminy of Las Vegas.
