We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 79, James B. Murphy Jr. (Weirton, West Virginia), born in Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James B. Murphy, Sr. and Dolores Barkhurst Murphy; and his son Richard Murphy. He is survived by : his wife Sandra "Cookie" Hendershot Murphy; and his siblings, Daniel C. Murphy (Mary Jo) and Sandra Carpenter (Mike Ovington). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
