He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ford and Grace Ford; and his siblings, James, Ellen Hulick and Ann Shilling.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Lloyd (Andrea); his siblings, Sharon McDaniel (Arthur), Charles and Jolene Kolosky (John); and his granddaughter Samantha Myers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws, as well as countless friends.
