He is survived by: his children, Shirley L. Duke, Earl E. Tuttle (Terri) and Bruce E. Brakebill; and his siblings, Philip E. Brakebill, Jr. (Nancy) and Marilou L. Racer (John). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
