It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon A. Cook of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on May 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Jon's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Herbert and Ann M. Smerecansky Cook; and his sister Judy Zajac. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook; his children, Jon A. Cook and Traci Ross (John); and his siblings, Rick Cook, Herbie Cook (Bonnie) and Cathy Nagy (Rudy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
