We are sad to announce that, on January 3, 2024, at the age of 79, Judy Ann Riter (Weirton, West Virginia), born in Harlingen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Wesley Wagner and Mary Virginia Blake Wagner; and her husband Ronald "Ron" M. Riter, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Matalik (Bob), Stacy Morra (Mike) of Paris, PA and Robin Terle (Dave) of Sharpsburg, GA; her stepsons, Mark Riter (Kathy) of Anderson, IN and Ronald Riter, Jr. of Weirton; and her siblings, Larry Wagner (Lesley) of Weirton, Brenda Nurmi (Chuck) of Weirton and Mary Bailey (Mike) of Colliers. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
