She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnston and Kendra Timberlake Keller; her stepfather Garfield J Keller; her grandparents, Kenneth, Josephine Timberlake, John C and Gladys Johnston; her stepbrother Larry Keller; and her nephew Jason Johnston.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Rutherford of Weirton; and her siblings, Murray Johnston (Julie) of Weirton, Ken Golden of Weirton, Chatt Golden (Theresa) of Wintersville, Flossie Kuhns (Melvin) of Weirton and Timbra Golden of Steubenville.
She was passionate about giving back and made a lasting impact through her past service as a president of the Weirton Junior Women's Club and a Wish Granter of the Morgantown Chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
