She is survived by: her children, Robert Phillips of Wintersville, OH, Kristie Therriault of Martins Ferry, OH and Jason Phillips of Avella, PA; her grandchildren, Erin Barnes, Michael, Vincent Phillips, Chris Therriault, Heather, Shana, Sasha, Ashton, Seth and Halie Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Clemontine, Abriana, Brittney, Alexander, Destanie and Austin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
