She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Iaquinta and Eleanor Iaquinta; her husband Edward O'Rourke Sr.; her brothers, Sam, Tony and Tom Iaquinta; and her nephew Nicholas Cosenza.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Littleton of Weirton and Edward O'Rourke Jr. of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Joe Littleton (Alexis) of Pittsburgh and Jenna Littleton (Greg) of Pittsburgh; her great grandchild Luca Littleton; her sister-in-law Marnie Frey of Weirton; and her sisters, Elaine Richards and Carol Hawthorne of Weirton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
