It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark A. Cowden of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert S. Cowden Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Cowden; his wife Christal Cowden; his daughters, Elise [Ryan] Fullerton and Liz [Donald] Welch; his brothers, Robert Cowden Jr. and David Cowden; and his pet Clancy. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, his aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations towards covering funeral expenses.
