With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Martha E. Highley of Weirton, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James McIntire and Alice Haslam McIntire; her husband Paul F. Highley; and her siblings, Florence, Harry, Ray, Charles, George, Roy and Dale.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carol McIntire; and her pet Cuddles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
