She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Tingler and Ann Vincent Tingler; her husband Charles J. Boustead; her siblings, Fred Tingler and Delores Guyer; and her grandson Andrew Wagner.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Scott Boustead (Karen), Jeffrey Paul Boustead and Amy Diane Wagner (Shawn); her sister Vernice Bain; her grandchildren, Jennifer Marie, James Boustead, Sarah Ann and Charlie Wagner; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Evan, Zachary and Jayden Boustead. She is also survived by two sons, a daughter, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
