She is survived by : her children, Kisner of Murrells Inlet and Fred A Kisner, III (Colleen) of Pawleys Island; her grandchildren, Chelsea L Mylett of Charleston and Shannan M Kisner of Pawleys Island; her sister-in-law Helen Cheuvront of Diamond, OH; her former life partner Fred A Kisner, Jr.; and her husband Lamont Blair, Sr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
