She is survived by : her husband David Slack; her children, Stacy Riggs (Brandon) of Weirton and Michael Slack of Weirton; her grandchildren, Kraven, Syler and Mason; and her siblings, Kenny Gunn (Carole), Glenda King and Hope Riggs (Denny).
