He is survived by: his wife Michele "Mitch" Kopa; his son Phillip; his stepsons, Ron Patrick (Kelly) and Keith Patrick (Carrie); his siblings, William Kopa (Diane) and Susan Rafacz (Paul); and his grandchildren, Skyler, Jimmy, Tyler, Jayna, Blaze and Symphony.
