He is survived by: his sons, Devin and Jordan Mercer (Kenzy Collins); his fiancé Melany Bever; the mother of his children Kolleen Schutz Mercer; his stepson Ryan Truax (Liliya); his brother Gary Mercer (Marla); his half-brother Oran Mercer; his sisters, Sherry Tomasi and Terry Minger; his half-sisters, Kim Carducci (Tony), Kathy Telles (Mike) and Regina Vandeborne; and his nieces and nephews, Nikki Tibbs, Ricky Anderson, Kristan Hawkins and Emily Leonard.
