He was predeceased by: his mother Melody A. Clark; his brother Matthew J. Summers; and his niece Devon C. Summers. He is survived by: his father David L. Summers; his stepmother Stephanie Summers; and his sister Michelle L. Summers (Ronald D. Frantum). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
