Though Nerissa Adalene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nerissa Adalene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Floyd Elder and Garnett Barnhart Boley (Elder); her husband Joseph A. "Joe" Adams; and her siblings, Judy Carmack, Lisle and Joe Elder.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristy; her son-in-law Bob Orsburn; her grandchildren, Lilly and Joseph Orsburn; and her brother Roger Elder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
