He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Pepper and Hazel Hornish Pepper; and his siblings, Donald Pepper (late Geraldine), Franklin Pepper and Janet Sutton (late Ed).
He is survived by: his wife Jaunda "Butch" McMullen Pepper; his children, Wendy Cooper (Troy Fluharty) and Randy Pepper (Carol); his grandchildren, Jarrett, Megan, Brennan and Ariel; his brother Russell Pepper (late Mabel); and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Pepper. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
