She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren B. Williams and Roberta Cain Williams; her husband Arthur G. Huggins; her daughter Sharon Chambers; her granddaughters, Emily and Jodi; her great grandchild Sophia; and her sister Marlene Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Higgs (Fred), Sandra Cline, Linda Veltri (John), Lisa Sayre (Kirk), Deborah Turick and David Huggins (Melissa); and her brother Norman Williams. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
