He is survived by: his wife Sheila McCartney of Weirton; his sons, Percy Freeman, Jr. of Steubenville, Lewis Anderson-Freeman of Steubenville, Richard Lawrence of Steubenville, Marlon Lawrence Jr. of Steubenville and Maysha Mullins of Steubenville; his brother Phillip Freeman (Joy); his grandchildren, Kaelynn, Avani and D'Lylah Lawrence; and his nephews, Phillip, Sylvester and Jacob Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
