He is survived by: his daughter Trezur Sartor of Weirton; his siblings, Phyllis Freeman (Sartor) of Smithfield, OH, Frank Sartor Jr. (Christine) of Jacksonville, FL and Barbara Oldham of Gahana, OH; his caregiver Kelli Elmore; Phyllis Freeman.
