He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Hutchison Jenkins; his sons, Ian Jenkins (Emily) of Weirton and Shawn Jenkins (Ashley) of Weirton; his brother Mark Jenkins (Cathy) of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Keith Summers, Xavier Summers, Quentin Jenkins, Izick Jenkins, Juliana Jenkins, Khylee Jenkins, Briella Jenkins, Jameson Jenkins, Madison Tober and Mason Tober; his mother-in-law Peggy Hutchison; and his sister-in-law Sherry Chapman (Ben) of Weirton.
