He is survived by: his sons, Raymond L. Neeley, Jr. (Dawn), Shawn Neeley (Abra) and Scott Neeley (Lindsey); and his stepson Zachary Morris (Diana). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
