He is survived by: his wife Elaine Quinlan High-Kimmins; his brother David (Pat) of Florida; his son William Kimmins; his stepson Jeff High (Meredith); his grandsons, Greg and Jacob High; his nephew Morgan Kimmins; and his pets, Millie and Reggie.
