He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy Irving Collier and Gertrude Irene Collier (Holehouse); his sisters, Ruth Clouse and Dorothy Minick; and his stepson Dwight Morrow.

He is survived by : his wife Sharyn Collier of Weirton, WV; his daughters, Julie Collier, Carol Collier and Patricia Thomas (Terry); his grandchildren, Eric, Samantha, Joshua and Steven; his great grandchild Damien; his brother-in-law Paul Cappe (Barbara) of Paris, PA; and his niece Beverly Stump (Jeff). He is also survived by sons.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be directed in Robert's name to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150, Rayland, OH 43953.
