He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hicks, Sr. and Nellie Davis Hicks; and his sisters, Tina Majewski and Aaris Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Robert A. Hicks III (Alethea), Kimberly Ann Hicks and Jennifer Lynn Stoll (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Heidi, Emily, Aaliyah, Celine, Kylie and Charlie; and his sisters, Brenda Cromer and Doreen Meeks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (3721 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (140 Walnut St, Weirton, WV 26062).
