He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Minger and Margaret Wells Minger; and his sisters, Joanne Minger Forrester and Patty Sue Minger Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Minger; and his sisters, Betty June Henderson, Edna Eddy and Sally Ash.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062).
