She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Szymanek-Zias and Stella Szymanek-Zias; her husband Wayne Van Dine, Sr.; and her sister Anne Burskey. She is survived by: her brother Charles Zias (Hon) of Weirton; her children, Diane Eafrati-Buchanon (Michael) of Brigantine, NJ, Gwen Cartier (Roy) of Pittsburgh, PA, Wayne Van Dine, Jr. (Donna) of Gambrills, MD and David Van Dine (Margie) of Cleveland, NY; her grandchildren, Landon Eafrati (Kelly), Jenn, Emily Cartier, Tory and Devin Van Dine; and her great grandchild Triston Eafrati. She is also survived by three nephews.
