He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Edna Dale Fouty; and his siblings, James, Charles, Ray Fouty and Ruby June Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Kontis Fouty; his children, Roy Lee Fouty, Jr. (Jennifer), Stacie Fouty Upright (Curt) and Alyson Degenhardt (Gordon); and his grandchildren, Alayna Brooke Degenhardt, Melina Eleni Upright and Grant Alexander Upright.
Memorial contributions may be made in Roy's memory to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Weirton. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Roy Lee "Leroy" Fouty 's name.
