She is survived by: her children, Glenn Guz of Weirton, Michael Guz (Savannah) of Weirton, Joy Householder (Jay) of Calcutta and Cindy Blake (Bill) of New Cumberland; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Murphy (Ruben), Meghan Guz, Amanda Bradley (Paul), Emily Stacey (Bruce) and Sarah Householder; and her great grandchildren, Noah Murphy, Theodore Stacey and Gwendolyn Bradley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's name to the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church.
