With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas William Tompos of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Senator William and Helen Bambrick Tompos; his children, Brandi Lynne and Michael Losier; his brother Raymond Tompos; and his girlfriend Wanda Channing.

He is survived by : his daughter Michelle Gonzalez (Abel); his grandchildren, Tyler Clancey (Jenna), Joseph Clancey (Kelsey Thompson), Sarah, Emily (Vitalli Amis) and Isabella Gonzalez; and his great grandchildren, Laylahh, Laylani and Jubilee Clancey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to the Spina Bifida Association at sbawp.org.
